Becky and Kent Shaffer are the Co-Founders of Saving Grace in Northwest Arkansas. They have over 35 years of experience in nonprofit work. Both have served from entry level to the executive suite, served on boards of other organizations, and pursued their fair share of side hustles. Leading a nonprofit takes consistency, grit and curiosity.
